Five years ago, this was just a conversation. A seed of an idea between two people who love their home, love their garden, and wanted to create something that could give other people that same feeling.
We're Peter and Jessica. Born from a lifelong love of gardening, sow-sé is built on passion, purpose, and patience. Our name has meaning and is personal to us. 'Sow' for planting. "Sé' for the Irish word for six, a number that Peter wore throughout his rugby career. A time in our lives that we will always treasure, it felt fitting that it was part of our future also.
Six-sided hexagonal shapes show up everywhere in nature, in flowers, honeycomb, and fruit. This natural architectural geometry became the inspiration for our planters and patterns; a deliberate choice rooted in nature. We collaborated with Irish designers, makers, illustrators and formulators to bring you a collection of products we love and hope you will too.
Over the coming months, we will be sharing knowledge, stories, and seasonal guidance. Welcome to sow-sé. It's been a long time coming, and we're so glad you're here.
