Directions for use

Shake the bottle, then hold it about 30 cm from your pillow and spray 2–3 times across your pillow and the top of your duvet. As you settle in, close your eyes and place both hands on your heart. Inhale quietly through your nose for a count of 4, hold for 7, then exhale fully through your mouth with a soft whooshing sound for a count of 8. Repeat this cycle 5 times, allowing your breath to slow and your mind to still. As you drift into sleep, your natural nighttime movement will gently release the scent around you.
